Prompt delivery and very good packaging
INK2U has been a real life saver order one day receive the next and now their remanufactured cartridges save not only time but also money. Some remanufactured cartridges are cheap and cheerful and dont last ! This is not so with INK2U they are very good, I know use them !!

I always have a high opinion of Ink2U service as it has never let me down. These ink cartridges work just as well as the more expensive branded ones but a note from HP kept popping up saying it wasn't original. Just keep hitting ignore and it will give up. They shouldn't be trying to stop consumer choice.

Good ink and good delivery
I had previously ordered a remanufactured HP 301 high capacity black in cartridge from Ink2U and it worked without any problems. I did have difficulty after fitting these though, especially with the colour cartridge. I followed the guidance given and after several attempts, did get them working. Unfortunately, the black cartridge failed again and I phoned the Customer Services number to report the problem. I was able to get through easily (no multiple button-pushing) and was delighted to find the phone was answered by a (very helpful) human being! A replacement cartridge was sent out and arrived the very next day. I will definitely be ordering from Ink2U again.

I am pleased with the Ink2U cartridges that I purchase on a regular basis. Obviously if they were a little cheaper I would purchase them more often but I now try not to print unless really necessary and the ink seems to last at least one month or sometimes longer. A good product to purchase.
These recon ink cartridges seem to work well for me but I am having to check how much I print as they dont last very long if you print more than 20 or so pages with colour so I now only print photos that I really want to keep in my album. A good product and I will keep on purchasing as I dont want to pay Hewlett Packard prices which are far too expensive for me.

From time to time I give remanufactured ink cartridge sets a try. Supplies from various vendors failed badly by printers which have rejected inks as incompatible. I did not have this problem with the Ink2U products I have purchased so far. I believe that I will continue to purchase Ink2U products from now on. A good purchase for price in comparison to others.
