From the research I have done the quality and in particular the service on all the items I have purchased seems very good.
I normally buy replacement cartridges from Ink2U (theirs are still the best) but my latest printer just will not accept the replacements supplied, so I had to get this Canon one fast to replace the replacements. It works perfectly but is horribly expensive!

The service from Ink2U is excellent. Never been let down. The return envelope is a pain because a ball point pen "slides" over the surface - sticky label works though!!. The Cannon products say what they do on the tin.
