Product is, of course, as you'd expect from a major brand. The service, more importantly, was up to Ink2U usual great standard. I would never go anywhere else for speed and efficiency including automatic credit for returned cartridges.

Ordered one day, delivered at my doorstep at 09.30hrs the following day. This service has been consistent and reliable for a number of years and I trust it will continue. I have now been using INK2U for some time for my small business and I have never had a problem with anything! It's great that I know step by step when the delivery will be made and a bonus to know the name of the driver - the personal touch! I have to use HP genuine cartridges as I have had so many problems with refilled cartridges - my printer just doesn't like them - so using genuine cartridges is more expensive. Fortunately the prices at Ink2u are sensible and affordable. All in all, a great service.
