I have used ink2u for 3or4 years now and cannot fault the service. I bought 2 black inks and a coloured ink, changed my printer sent them back and got a full refund. I ordered two black inks for the new printer and they were delivered the NEXT day. They may not be the cheapest, I would'nt know I never check. I rang customer service regarding the inks I returned and with in minutes spoke to a very helpfull young lady. As far as I am concerned I will only use in2u and so should everyone. David
