Regrettably when inks were replaced on printer, the non-compatible instruction appeared. So I un-installed and re-installed the printer. This did the trick.

I have been happy with the service I have received when ordering replscements cartridges for my printer. Unfortunately my printer doesn't walways take kindly to compatible csrtidges, but I persevere and the saving is weorth a little frustration. The ink also seems to run out quickly too, but I suspect that is the way I am using the printer. I have reordered on two separate ocasions so I must be pretty happy. Dlj
