I have used ink.2u for several years without any problems.
For everyday use there really is very little difference in quality compared with the genuine article. Massive difference in price though, so well worth the money.
The ink I ordered arrived next morning as stated by the lady on the phone, who was very helpful. The ink was as usual printing excellent coloured prints, one could not ask for more.

Have bought from for a number of years and generally very content but once in the past and twice recently have had episode where the machine says it doesn't recognise the new cartridge despite re-inserting it a time or two. Have eventually got it sorted by substituting the 'chip' from the old cartridge etc but its a faff because said chip doesn't snap in again easily.
