Delivery within the United Kingdom

Postage is FREE for goods shipped to addresses in the UK. We ship from the British Mainland using Royal Mail's 1st Class Service, which ensures on average 98% delivery on the next day (excluding Sunday).

A 'Guaranteed Next Working Day' delivery is available FREE for orders over £80 net or at a cost of £4.90 if below.

All orders placed before 4.00pm Mon-Fri and 12.30pm Sat are dispatched on the same day. Almost all of our products are supplied direct from stock.

Our guaranteed next working day delivery service is for orders placed Monday to Thursday (before 4pm), and orders placed on a Friday (before 4pm) will be delivered on a Monday.  All orders placed over the weekend will be delivered on the following Tuesday (excluding bank holidays).

Occasionally, there are delays within the postal system. Although delays are rare, please allow 15 days (UK) and 30 days (EU) for your order to arrive, particularly during the peak periods around Christmas, New Year and Bank Holidays.

If you do not receive your goods within the time-scales above, please contact us. Over 70% of parcels presumed lost, are often just waiting to be collected from a neighbour or your local mail sorting office, so please check first. Compensation is limited to the cost of the goods ordered and will take the form of a replacement or a refund.

Overseas (non UK) customers

We are a UK based company.

All items on our site are priced in British Pounds and you will be billed in British Pounds. This means that the amount you actually pay will vary depending upon the exchange rate at the time your transaction is processed.

Delivery is available to all countries within the EU. For goods shipped to countries other than the UK & Eire we regrettably have to make an extra charge of £3.00 for the first item and 50p for each additional item thereafter. Goods are shipped by airmail to such countries which although faster than surface mail still means orders will take several days to reach you. Please allow ten working days for delivery before contacting us.

Information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We do not give, hire or sell information to third parties.

We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).

Tax

All prices include VAT.
Goods sent to private individuals within the EC will attract VAT at the current UK rate.
Goods sent to companies within the EC can be zero rated if they supply us with their VAT registration number.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days starting from the day after the day you receive your goods.

We will refund the full value paid less 15% restocking charge for products returned to us with seals intact and in their original packaging after this time has elapsed.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
